hello, I bought 2 AM29F010B. I need to connect them to a port from MCU (AVR) with any latch or multiplex IC.
Could you help me telling me which IC can I use to communicate 2 AM29F010B with one MCU? Thank you

Hi,
I checked datasheet of Atmega8515 MCU. It can support external memory size only up to 64 Kbytes. So, you won't be able to use 2 AM29F010B (128 Kbytes) directly with MCU. You have to design your own external circuit to do this. Unfortunately, we do not have any examples for this requirement.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi,
We are not aware of any devices which can be used to interface 2 parallel NOR flash to an MCU. Could you please let us know the part number of MCU that you use? Does it have an external memory interface?
Also, please note that AM29F010B is an obsoleted device. We recommend to use our newer parallel NOR flash devices. Please see details about our parallel NOR flash devices from following link: https://www.cypress.com/products/parallel-nor-flash-memory .
Thanks and Regards,
Sudheesh

Hi my friend,
I’m trying to use AVR Atmega8515 to connect two AM29F010B.
I saw a design with 2 AM and they used 74HC573D, CY62128ELL-45S and ATF22V10C
I don’t know why.
Could you guide me about this?
Thank you my friend
