We are currently using a Raspberry Pi to test and program other chips on our product and would like to be able to use the Raspberry Pi to program the CYBT-343026-01 module we have on the product over the UART. We are currently running into the issue that WICED Studio installer for Linux fails on the Raspberry Pi as it claimed there isn't enough space. This seems to be a bug as the Pi has over 16 GB of free space left.

Is there any other way to program the CYBT-343026-01 over UART on the Raspberry Pi? Is there away to get just the ChipLoad appliction and its depencies on the Pi?

Many Thanks,

Archie

Hi Archie,

This seems to be issue on Raspberry Pi side. Can you check this link: How to Fix the 'No Space Left on Device' Error on Linux - Make Tech Easier

To program the device, you have to send HCI commands over UART to CYBT-343026 board. Refer /20706-A2_Bluetooth/doc/WICED-HCI-Control-Protocol.pdf for more details.

FYI, we have not tested programming of this module with Raspberry Pi as of now.
