To move from the CY7C68024 to the CY7C68034,

is it necessary to change the printed circuit, to make some programmation.... or is it pin to pin compatible?

Hi,

The CY7C68034 is not completely pin-to-pin compatible with CY7C68024, for example pin 37 is WP_NF# in the former while it is RESERVED in the latter. However, the firmware is programmable in CY7C68034 and hence can be modified to suit the pin functionality of your current PCB.

Best Regards,

Sananya
