The issue is resolved in the earlier mentioned discussion Re: ModusToolBox can't compile the example project correctly without any change by using the method below:

1. check if customer has an environment variable set - JAVA_HOME. If so, remove it and check if this issue still there.

2. if issue still there, set that environment variable JAVA_HOME=C:\[your path here]\ModusToolbox_1.1\tools\jre-1.0 fix the issue?

Can you re-post the pictures #4.4,5,6 and 7 with higher resolution, the message in the current ones are not readable.

Hi Roy,

Yes, customer is using this version. This issue can only be reproduced on customer laptop, does not have issue with our laptop. I remotely confirmed this issue, currently have no idea what could be wrong.

Not sure about the root-cause.

However, there is another thread in which reports a similar issue - Re: ModusToolBox can't compile the example project correctly without any change

It also shows error - "Unable to evaluate parameter ‘Multiplier(1-262143)’ on personality 'FLL'".

Note that customer also uses Win10 64bit(simplified chinese version).
