For addressing login issues, bugs etc we can research the issue more quickly if you include the following information.
- Email
- URL of issue
- Screen shot
- Browser being used
- Day/Time issue occurred
- Additional information as applicable
Depending on the complexity of the issue I may need to open a ticket for you or resolve myself.
If you have not logged into the community for awhile- try clearing your cookies and cache which may resolve the issue.
