Hi maxsong,
Our customer is considering to use serial flash to store user data. Could you confirm if customer is possible to use part number like attached files?
Thanks,
Sung-Mok

Hello Sung-Mok Lee,
Our SFLASH Drivers follow the command set of the Macronix Serial FLASH:
MX25U4033EM1I-12G.
From their manual:
http://www.macronix.com/Lists/DataSheet/Attachments/2641/MX25U4033E,%201.8V,%204Mb,%20v1.8.pdf
You have to make sure you can follow this command structure.
Thanks
JT

Per maxsong's request, I will ask the Applications team to check with the developers next week to determine if the MX25V1006E, 2.5V, 1Mb or EN25F10A-104XIP can be used as alternate NVRAM choices on your SoC design (on the SiP module, NVRAM in internal and cannot be modified).
More to follow next week.
