Hi
I use 1DX(CYW4343W) module which is included BD MAC Address by Murata.
But all board indicate 43:43:A1:12:1F:AC of the MAC.
I found same case, but the solution is How to set the arbitrary address.
<https://community.cypress.com/message/32945#32945>
My question is how do I set BD MAC Address to the module assigned address.
Our design is:
Module:Murata 1DX (with BD Address tyep) (CYW4343W)
Linux :rel_imx_4.9.88_2.0.0_ga
Driver:meta-murata-wireles 4.14 mothra
Thanks!

The hcitools should help in changing the BD_ADDR
hciattach /dev/ttyS0 -t 10 bcm43xx 3000000 flow nosleep 11:22:33:44:55:66
Could you explain what you meant by module assigned address?
Regards,
Vinayak

Thank you for your reply !
When we bought 1DX module from Murata , we could choose the type which is "with BD Address" or "without BD Address". And we bought "with BD Address" type.
So I think that Murata wrote unique BD Addrss to the module.
Does CYW4343W BT controller has Flash ROM or NVRAM that store BD Address ? And can I uses the address by FMAC driver ?
Thanks.

I got a reply from Murata.
Murata wrote unique BD Addrss to OTP area.
And it needs a special *.hcd file which is using OTP BD Address.
Could you provide this hcd file ?
Thanks.

Thank you for your reply. but...
According to the reply from Murata,
The HCD file license holder is Cypress, so I should get the HCD file from Cypress.
Is it really ?
