unknown USB device

Hi,

we have designed a new board with CYUSB3011. After connecting to PC it is detecting as unknown USB device in Device Manager.Please suggest to troubleshoot the issue.Attached image is for reference

It seems that there is a problem in the device descriptor.

There is a good tool provided by Microsoft named "USBView"

USBView - Windows drivers | Microsoft Docs

This tool inspects the descriptors.

Please check this issue following the steps below.

1. Download the firmware to another board to check if this board is broken.

2. Please clarify which device class you are talking about. Is it a UVC camera? UAC device? HID device? Or Cypress vendor device?

3. Please attach the descriptor file for checking.
