VDDDに5Vを印加する予定です。

Hi Ryuuji san,

Internal Regulator will be ON by default. You do not need to configure anything to use the internal regulator. Depending on the domain  of operation, different internal regulator will be working.

Addtionally, please make sure that you follow the suggestions under Power section on hardware design guidelines application note.
