We looked at the CY62168EV30LL-45BVXI and CY62168G30-45BVXI product specifications on the Cypress website and it looks the same. Can you tell us the difference between CY62168EV30LL-45BVXI and CY62168G30-45BVXI? Thank you! !

Hi,
The The G part is the latest part from Cypress on 65 nm technology node. It has Embedded ECC on chip to detect and correct a single bit error (Please refer to datasheet for more details on this) and has a SER of < 0.1 FIT/Mb. The EV part is our 90 nm part with no ECC functionality. Both are low Async MoBL parts with speed grade of 45 ns and have all the same functionality and performance with respect to AC characteristics.

It's had few difference in Pin Configuration . Can them replace each other when we connect E3 and G2 pin.

Due to we need the Typical standby current is low, CY62168G30 maybe higher (5.5uA)
Could you recommend the materials that Typical standby current low the same as CY62168EV30 (1.5uA)?
