Newb here. I’m trying to find more details on this device, like the accuracy/stability of the 32.768 kHz xtal (I’m considering the board for a time keeping application). Can anyone point me to some? Also, apparently this board is only FCC certified for development. Any idea what’s involved in getting it certified for use in an end-product? Thanks.

Hi,
The MPN of the 32.768 KHz Crystal used in the module is ECS-.327-12.5-34B. Please refer the datasheet of the crystal for more details about it. You can also go through the module's BOM obtained from the link below for other information.
But we recommend you to use latest PSoC 4 BLE module which uses BLE 4.2 . Please get it from the link below:
Thanks

Hi,
Answering your other question regarding usage of CY5671 in your end product:
CY5671 is called EVAL. Cypress do not recommend you to use EVAL in your end applications. Instead you can use BLE Modules that Cypress offers. These modules have antenna on it and ready to use. These modules comes with more certifications than the EVAL boards.
Please go through the different BLE modules offered by Cypress in the road map. Here is the link:
