I am looking for something similar to IDT MPC9855 to drive an NXP PowerQUICC III.

Hi Steve,

We can suggest you to use CY27410.

https://www.cypress.com/file/139891/download

It can support the input frequency requirements as well as provide upto 12 LVCMOS outputs. It comes in 48 pin QFN package and has a RMS phase jitter of 1ps max. Kindly check the datasheet once to get more information on the device.
