We are using a Spansion S34M part in our products.
We would like to make use of the OTP (one time programmable) area and the device serial number.
The data sheet for the part states that information on this is available subject to an NDA - contact your nearest Spansion sales office.
Is such an NDA still available through Cypress?
Can I still get this information?
Thanks,
Ian

Hi,
Thanks for the response.
The parts we use are S34ML02G100BH*00 or S34ML02G100BF*00 where * may be I, A, V, or B BGA63.
Yours,
Ian

Hi Bushra,
Thank you for your help that is excellent.
In my original question I was also interested in accessing the device serial number.
This functionality doesn't appear to be in the application note for OTP.
Is there also an application note for accessing the serial number?
Thanks again,
Ian

Hi Bushra,
To save you some time, I've found the information on accessing the serial number.
Thanks for your help with the OTP lock instructions.
Yours,
Ian
