I have the same creator version with you. I can connect with the board successfully with iphone7p and Huawei Honor. You can try to reinstall the CYSmart on your phone or try some other BLE app.

I can connect the device with both IOS or Android phone using CYSmart with your project. Could you try it with another phone?

I tried again in this manner... still does not work
I plug the board int my pc via the usb micro cable

cy plugged in.jpg

first I click the build Icon. circled 1 in figure below. build is successful

Build and program.PNG

next I click the program button (circle 2 in figure above)

(below is my port settings)

Port settings.PNG

I then click the Port acquire button

Program port acuire.PNG

I then click on PSoC 63 .... CM0p

and it is displayed as unacquired

unacquired.PNG

I then double click on it and the output says target acquired

I then click ok

program.PNG

the board is then programmed and I see that It was successful

Programmed sucessfull.PNG

I then repeat these steps for the CM4 processor without rebuilding

I then attempt to connect to the board with my phone as seen in my original post, but I get the same errors.

what OS are you using
PSoC creator version
PDL version?

do you have different build settings?
how are you programming your board?

what phone are you using
