I ported this example to the CYBLE-416045-EVAL EZ-BLE and was finally able to build

I am now having trouble connecting the board to my phone
the project will build and program to the device but when select GATT_Out (fig 1) I get a "No services found" error screen (fig 2)
any ideas about what I am doing wrong

I have the same creator version with you. I can connect with the board successfully with iphone7p and Huawei Honor. You can try to reinstall the CYSmart on your phone or try some other BLE app.

I can connect the device with both IOS or Android phone using CYSmart with your project. Could you try it with another phone?

I tried again in this manner... still does not work
I plug the board int my pc via the usb micro cable
first I click the build Icon. circled 1 in figure below. build is successful
next I click the program button (circle 2 in figure above)
(below is my port settings)
I then click the Port acquire button
I then click on PSoC 63 .... CM0p
and it is displayed as unacquired
I then double click on it and the output says target acquired
I then click ok
the board is then programmed and I see that It was successful
I then repeat these steps for the CM4 processor without rebuilding
I then attempt to connect to the board with my phone as seen in my original post, but I get the same errors.
what OS are you using
PSoC creator version
PDL version?
do you have different build settings?
how are you programming your board?
what phone are you using

I just tried it on my old phone Nexus 6p funny it does not work on the much newer Samsung galaxy s9+
