For an agricultural application, I need to design an IoT BT/BLE module operating on a trailer of tractor. The module must communicate wiith a smartphone located in the cabin (distance < 10m). How can I optimize the design for best RF performance? What components will be best suited? What type of antenna would be the best suited?
Thanks for your reply
Kris

Kris, if you want to test, our RV products use the Cypress PSoC 012011, we get ~ 50 meters, lets me know, I will arrange a discount code for you.
What is the application, our smartRVcontrols is a 12V smart controller that can do 12Vdc control signals and direct DC motor drive up to 30amps. https://www.rv-intelligence.com/smartrvcontrols/

Hi Herb,
Thanks for your reply! Very nice product you have! In our application, reading from sensordata, I would like to implement multiple simultaneous access access to the sensordata over BLE. Is this something you already did? I will post this question in an other topic.

Hi Kris, that is a big question, what type of sensor, what data format, digital/analog, etc.
We have some monitor and control products in development.
Let me know, there are definitively uniqueness to any chip/module, feel free to ask questions as you move forward.
