CY62147EV30LL-45ZSXI about NC pin

We have a question about CY62147EV30LL-45ZSXI.

On datasheet, SRAM 28 pin is NC and it says that we cannot connect to NC pin.

1) To what does NC pin connect inside of the SRAM?

2)  If we connect address bus to NC pin, what will happen? (memory data destroyed?)

Hi Furusawa-san,

The NC pin is not connected internally to the die. You can leave it floating, connect it to any of the power supplies or connect a signal (Address) connection also. It will not affect the SRAM.
