How can I return CY4532 the Utlility's status bar the connection with two devices

Once the sample FW is written to the CY4532 kit, the connetione will not be 2 as attached.(USB Type-A to Micro-B) cable connected to J12 on the CY4532 EVK power Bard). Q)How can I return CY4532 to its initial state?I want to return to the same state as attached

May I know which firmware you programmed to CCG3PA? CYPD3171-24LQXQ_cla or CYPD3171-24LQXQ_pb?

Since there are some issue, I programmed CYPD3171-24LQXQ_pb_3_3_0_1882_0_0_0_pb.hex with miniprog3.

Hi Arai-san,

If you programmed powerbank firmware, then you should short pin 2 and pin 3 of J2,J3&J4 on the main board.

Hi Arai-san,

Read document and do the settings appropriately as per Kit Guide.

By following Table 4-1 Jumper settings on CY4532, you can see "Devices connected: 2" on EZ PD Configuration Utility.

"Devices connected: 2" means that 2 devices connected to a host computer because CY4532 has CCG3PA and CCG4.

If you are still something unclear, read document at first and try yourself if you have a CY4532 Kit. Then, kindly ask on Community.
