Hello,
I'm looking for the interrupt that's expected if I enable interrupts for single-bit errors in SRAM (SRCFG_INTE:SEC_INT_EN=1).
Which interrupt will be triggered?

You can refer to the Family Hardware Manual in the below link.
You can check the Appendix (2. List of Interrupt Vector). IRQ 14 ( Scratch Pad RAM Single Bit Error Interrupt Request) is the relevant interrupt.
