A question about erasing FRAM memory

Is there data remanence on the FRAM memory after erase ??

Hi,

The FRAM does not have an erase operation. If you want to perform an erase to the FRAM you will have to write all 0's to the memory. Once you overwrite your data the previous data is lost and cannot be recovered. So to answer your question there will be no data remanence.
