Hi Cypress Team,
Can U help pls.
Look at the photo pls.
Can U confirm that this marking is normal, or should it be look like:
Should it have only one digit for year?
Or is it all right?
I understand that the parts are old, but I think You will understand the situation and will help me.

Hello Paulo,
The date code format labeled on the Am29F010B-55EF appears to be in the wrong format
and is suspect, as the production year should have only one digit.
Hope this helps...
Thank you and best regards,
Albert

Hello Paulo,
The top-side Ordering Part Number (OPN) marking appears to be in the correct format.
However, the date code appears to be in the incorrect format in regards to Spansion
FLASH memory products manufactured after October, 2009. As you had pointed out,
the production year should only have one digit, and not two.
Counterfeiters have been very successful in re-producing manufacturer's top-side marking,
to appear as identical to that of the genuine manufacturers markings. However, the date
code on the Am29F010B-55EF appears to be in the wrong format and is suspect, as the
production year should have only one digit.
Hope this helps...
Thank you and best regards,
Albert
