I am not aware of any, maybe someone else knows of a
3'rd party solution./ Other than a simple box.
Regards, Dana.

Hello,
I use the following enclosure for the CY8CKIT-030:
Hammond 1599KSGYBAT (ABS, gray)
L x W x H: 220 mm x 140 mm x 41 mm
It can be purchased (for example) at RS Components (http://www.rs-online.com/ ) under the following article number: 741-7486 and costs around 13 US $.
I like it because it offers an optional 9V battery compartment and the whole CY8CKIT-030 (including its LCD) fits well inside, while still allowing some extra room for connectors, pushbuttons, etc.
First, I cut out a plastic sheet with the exact shape and mounting holes for the Hammond case (an empty or old PCB can be used for this purpose as well).
Then, I mount the CY8CKIT-30 on top of that empty sheet (or PCB) with 4 standoffs.
I hope this can help someone!
