LED4 is the power LED so I'm not sure why it is off. My SW5 is also in the middle. Again I'm using Windows 7, but here is how my device manager & KitProg2 setting are. Gordon

User_4012xxxxx,
How were the Device Manager settings configured when you first started?
For me, manual driver search and install

The drivers are installed correctly. There seems to be problem in programming through WICED.
The Quick start guide is located in WICED SDK at 43xxx_Wi-Fi/doc/WICED-QSG.pdf
Kindly re-install WICED in your PC and building any default application like snip.scan
For buiding snip.scan for CY8CKIT_062 platform, make the target as follows:
snip.scan-CY8CKIT_062
If the compilation goes through, you can download the application by adding download_apps download run in the make string:
snip.scan-CY8CKIT_062 download_apps download run

Hello,
I see the project files .cproject and .project in your snip directory in WICED. These files should appear directly under 43xxx_Wi-Fi workspace because entire 43xxx_Wi-Fi is an project which contains necessary libraries and files for working wiht WICED. Individual snips are not treated as projects in WICED hence seeing the project files in snip directory is strange.
Can you please unistall WICED, delete the related WICED files from your PC and install again? Delete the files from your local directory. For me it is at C:\Users\riya\AppData\Local\WICED-Studio-6.2
