CYPD-3125 Error USB device (0.0) de-initalization failed

Hi, I designed a my new board. But I got it below error message.

My Board's basic concept is CY4531 CCG3 DaughterCard Rev03 (I2C: CY7C65215-32LTXI -> CYPD3125-40LQXIT).

CY7C65215 setting is below.

Below is My Circuti and I2C wave form.

  I can't get any device information, also Refresh click.

I don't know why I2C communication is failed.

Can you please screen shot the Device Manager and show up the Universal Serial Bus controller in details?

Have you been tried to upgrade CY7C65215 driver manually (the driver is under install path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cypress\EZ-PD Configuration Utility\BillboardDriver

but also failed.

1. Have you been upgrade CCG3 firmware on CY4531 board? If yes, can you please reverse back to original? Please refer attached files.

2. When you connect J7 (mini-B) to Notebook, May I know whether LED1 on daughter board is lighten? And meanwhile, LED2 on based board is blinking?
