Could someone please confirm the specifications for the CY8CPROTO-062 kit. Specifically what MPU is on it and how much SRAM and Flash that has. Plus how many digital programmable blocks it has. Could you also please give the same specs for the CY8CPROTO-063 kit. It is very hard to find much actual details of either kit. Thank you.

The CY8CPROTO-062-4343W kit has the CY8C624ABZI-D44 as the MCU chip.
This has 2MB of Flash, and 1MB SRAM (in 3 blocks 1x512kB, and 2x 256KB).
This part has no embedded BLE core on it, but there is BT included in the Murata 1DX module which has the CYW4343W WiFi/BT combo device on it.
The CY8CKIT-062-WIFI-BT has a CY8C6247BZI-D54. This has 1MB flash and 288KB SRAM. Again it has no embedded BLE core on it, but there is BT included in the Murata 1DX module which has the CYW4343W WiFi/BT combo device on it.
The CY8CKIT-062-BLE has a CY8C6347BZI-BLD53 chip. This has 1MB flash and 288KB SRAM, with an integrated BLE 5.0 radio.
If you download the kit files for each hit, they have schematics and getting started guides for them. The datasheets for the actual parts can be found here http://www.cypress.com/products/32-bit-arm-cortex-m4-psoc-6
The datasheet for the 2MB Flash part is still internal only at this stage, but if you contact your local Cypress FAE they should be able to help get you access to this.
Thanks

Further to that, the CY8CPROTO-063 has a PSoC 6 BLE module on it. This has the same exact Flash and SRAM properties as the Silicon on the CY8CKIT-062-BLE, just it uses a pre certified Cypress Module instead of Chip on Board.

Thank you. Could you confirm if either the CY8CPROTO-062 or CY8CPROTO-063 have any Universal digital blocks?

CY8C6247BZI-D54 (used on CY8CKIT-062-WIFI-BT) has 12 UDBs as described in its datasheet.
CY8C624ABZI-D44 (used on CY8CPROTO-062-4343W. The kit uses module CY8CMOD-062-4343W and this module uses CY8C624ABZI-D44 )doesn't have UDBs.
Thanks,
Ryan
