We using commercial device CY7c4122KV13, we design the board with 1.2V for VDDQ (we work with data sheet rev 'M' )
In new data sheet rev 'Q' changed the voltage VDDQ to 1.1 for commercial devices.
The question is : can we continue works with 1.2V for VDDQ or we must change to 1.1V?

Hi,
Several I/O signaling standards are supported by the QDR-IV, which are programmable by the user. They are:
■ 1.2 V and 1.25 V HSTL/SSTL
■ 1.1 V and 1.2 V POD (Pseudo open drain)
So for all the cases you can use 1.2 V VDDQ for Industrial grade device and only 1.1 V VDDQ for Commercial grade device.
Thanks,
Pradipta.
