I need to emulate CY8C29466-24SXI. I buyed CY3215A-DK but in the package there is no POD. And related POD 29000-28PDIP, CY3210-29x66, CY3250-29xxx are not available in Cypress Store or local Distributors. How can I emulate it?

Hello Maurizio,
Migrating from PSoC1 to PSoC4 family is not straightforward. It would require complete hardware and firmware redesign.
Best regards,
Sampath

Hello Maurizio,
The POD for CY8C29466-24SXI is obsolete, and is not available with either Cypress or distributors. I suggest that you move to our newer PSoC4 family, since PSoC1 is a mature family.

Dear Sampath Selvaraj,
in this moment I have “55 pcb models” in production with CY8C29466-24SXI and many pcb requires new Firmware development (so emulation).
Do you known if exist a PSoC4 part number pin to pin compatible with my CY8C29466-24SXI ?
Do you known if PSoC1 Firmware (PSoC Designer Project) can be ported in PSoC4?
Thanks and best regards,
Maurizio Persichitti
