unable to open project in psoc designer 5.4 or 5.4 sp1

hi every body,

psoc designer 5.4 was installed two years ago. i open one project on it today. when i build the project it gives file mismatch error(project was compiled in 5.4 sp1 by my friend)

so i installed 5.4 sp1, but project is not get open(build,project,etc. icons are not get activated)

so i uninstall 5.4 sp1 and install 5.4 previous version. now the same things happens, project is not get open(build,project,etc. icons are not get activated)

my old projects also unable to open.

please help

Can you attach a screenshot of the PSoC Designer, after the project is opened?

Hello Deepak,

I think there is a problem with PSoC Designer 5.4 on your computer. Kindly let me know what version of Windows do you use. Try the installation as Administrator.
