Hi,

Before load FPGA bit file, USB Control Center can detect FX3.

But immediately after bit file is loaded, USB Control Center becomes empty.

FX3 clock is generated by FPGA, I've probed the clock: clk_10mhz, it's working fine.

What will cause control center can't find anything? How to debug this issue?

Found the reason, RESET is missing.

Tied RESET to high, now with bit file loaded, I can still see FX3.

Hi Dong,

Which board and which firmware are you using? Could you please share the information?

Hi yyca,

I'm using Enclustra FPGA Solutions | Mercury KX1.

No firmware loaded, only connect usb cable.

I've successfully run AN65974 ZLP test on the board.
