Hi,

Is the 8k byte FRAM the upper limit for 5V devices ?  Will it always be so ?

I would like to see at least a 64k byte device - preferably a 128k device.  Are there plans to increase memory size in the 5V device range ?

Thanks,

Steve

Hi,

We have FM24W256 which is wide operating voltage range 2.7V to 5.5V, 256Kbit density. Currently we are still in evaluation phase for higher density parts addition to the I2C portfolio.

Thanks,

I made an error assuming a large parts supplier was supplying the full range ... ooops!

Cheers,
