I need to use CY7C09269V-12AXC in one of my design. Unfortunately found its obsolete now. Please help me to find a compatible alternative for that.

Hi Prem,

Cypress has obsoleted its SPCM family of memories. This part is also EOL and does not have any replacement. You might need to store up these parts for your application by placing a LTB order.

Thanks for the update. My application is a dual port SRAM, 16K X 16 memory module. Can you guide me to select a similar product for this application?

Hi Prem,

We have obsoleted all our dual port SRAMs. So we cannot suggest a part from our portfolio. As stated earlier you may need to store up the existing part before EOL.
