Keil uVision Error L250 code size

Hi, I just installed Keil uVision 2 from CY3684Setup.exe. I get error "ERROR L250: CODE SIZE LIMIT IN RESTRICTED VERSION EXCEEDED" when I try to recompile an old fx2 project.

I found some Keil web pages addressing this, but none seemed to be my problem:

I have what looks to be a valid uVision version, and am compiling for EZ-USB-FX2 (CY7C68xxx).

Hello,

The Keil uVision software that comes with the CY3684 is a demo version and it cannot build project file that exceeds code size of 4kB. You can install the full version of Keil software from the below link to build the same.
