BLE connection interval (BCM20713)

We have a project using BCM20713, and we found it seems can only send 3 27 bytes packets for every connection interval. Is there any Vendor Specific Command can adjust the maximum number of packets? Thanks.

Unfortunately, the CYW20713 is not an broad market device, and as such, is not supported here on the IoT community.

Please reach out to the Cypress sales/distribution team that enabled you on this device and ask them to setup a direct channel for support for the factory.
