Hi Apurva,

S29GL01* series Datasheet( Pg.no 101) DHN and TFN are represented as DHV,FHV and TFV. so is that datasheet Error or valid ordering and moreover Suffix option 'x" is for packaging (0/3) but in some cases represented as "xx".What is that one more "x" represents?.please find below screen shot.

Hello Sanathraj,

Within the S29GL01GT datasheet, page 101, Table 51.  S29GL-T Valid Combinations for CFI Version 1.5 is incorrect,

as it is certainly a typographical error.   However, it is important to highlight that page 100, Table 50.  S29GL-T Valid

Combinations for CFI Version 1.3 is correct.

A Cypress Defect Tracking (CDT) ticket will be generated to correct the typographical error on page 101,   Table 51.

S29GL-T Valid Combinations for CFI Version 1.5.

In regards to the additional "X" within the suffix, it is just an additional character, with no significant meaning.

There should be only one "X", as the packing option is either "1" or "3" only.

Hope this helps...

Best regards,

Albert
