CySmart not currently available in the U.S. store

When I search for CySmart on my iPhone Appstore, it does not exist. When I click on the Apple Appstore link on the Cypress website, it launches iTunes and says "Item not available, not currently available on the U.S. store" I have attached an image of the iTunes error dialog.
