FYI :   The  Power Dissipation (Pd) should be 60 mW, and not 60 mA...Sorry for the typo error.

POWER DISSIPATION FOR NOR FLASH S29AL016J55TFIR20

Hello,

The typical Power Dissipation (Pd) in regards to the S29AL016J can be calculated by referring

the S29AL016J datasheet, page 38, Section 14 - DC Characteristics :

Active Erase/Program Current = 20 mA (typ.) 

Active Erase/Program Voltage = 3.0 (typ.)

Pd = V x I

60 mA = 3.0 x 20 mA
