Hi Sai,

Please find the thermal parameters below

Theta Ja = 37 C/W

Theta Jb = 26 C/W

Theta Jc = 7 C/W

Core Power dissipation( Pd ) = Vcc * Icc  ( I am assuming Typical operating values)

Pd = 3.3 * 0.115 = 0.3795 W

Tj = Theta Ja * Pd + Ta ( ambient temp)

Tj = 99.0415 C

Tc = Tj - Theta Jc* Pd

Tc = 96.385 C

Hi

The max temperature that the device tolerates to guarantee reliable operation will be Tj max = 125 C.

Please ensure that Tj < Tj max to guarantee reliability.
