just want to confirm whether there is an EEPROM in BCM20737S? i check the 20737 data sheet and only found it has EEPROM interface.

Yes, there is 512 Kb of EEPROM included on the SIP module, which leverages the BCM20737 in die form.
Take a look at the block diagram there on the first page of theBCM20737S Bluetooth Low Energy SiP Module Technical Reference
I think you may be confusing the BCM20737 SoC with the BCM20737S SIP module.
The BCM20737 (BCM20737 SOC Data Sheet) has just the EEPROM interface.

Just clarifying that it's 512 kb (kilo bits) = 64 kB (kilo bytes).
