Does FX3 require a low pulse at reset pin when powering up? Can I tie the reset pin directly (or through a pull-up resistor) to the corresponding supply rail if I do not need hard reset after power-up sequence is completed?

Hi,
Yes,you can conncet the reset pin to CVDDQ rail with a pull-up resistor.

Can I connect the reset pin to CVDDQ rail with a pull up resistor? please see reset connection in cyusb3kit for an example
