PSoC4 CapSense BIST Compliance with ISO26262 ASILb

Hello,

I am thinking to use for next release of our ECU PSoC 4 MCU  mainly for CapSense Reading function and we are checking if Cypress solution is ISO26262 ASIL B Compliance for CapSense Reading Function.

Particularly we are checking if your CapSense BIST allowes a diagnostic coverage > 90% for CapSense Reading Function Failures.

For this purpose I need by Cypress of CapSense BIST Safety Manual and Safety Analysis Report.
