Hi,
Please let me know the maximum single NAND flash memory chip size I can use with this controller IC: CY7C68023-56LTXC ? Will there be a limit for a chip select??
Thanks in advance.

Hello Madhuwesly,
There is a correction within my previous e-mail message to you :
The maximum single-die Cypress NAND FLASH memory device is the S34ML04G1, which is 4-Gb density, 3.3V core VCC,
one Chip Select, and one-die (monolithic solution) NAND device; and the maximum dual-die Cypress NAND FLASH memory
device is the S34ML08G1, which is ab 8Gb density, 3.3V core VCC, one Chip Select, but with two 4-Gb dies (dual-die solution)
NAND device.
Both of the S34ML04G1 and S34ML08G1 requires 1-bit ECC

URL to S34ML08G1 datasheet (dual-die solution) :

Hello Madhuwesly,
The maximum single-die Cypress NAND FLASH memory device is the S34ML04G2, which is 4-Gb density, 3.3V core VCC,
one Chip Select, and one-die (monolithic solution) NAND device.
The S34ML08G2 is 8Gb density, 3.3V core VCC, one Chip Select, but with two 4-Gb dies (dual-die solution) NAND device.
