Hi, we are using a HX2VL Hub on our product and would like to program our own VID/PID. Do you have any manufacturer driver for Win 7/8/10 to be used with Blaster software?

Thanks !

Franck.

Hello Franck,

Please find the vendor driver attached to configure the hub using the Blaster Plus Utility. It is also available with the CY4607 Development kit.

Best Regards,

Sananya

Dear Sananya,

thanks for your prompt feedback.

I tried to use your driver on my machine but unfortunately it is not recognized by the system.

I tried to disable the driver signature check on my system with a "bcdedit /set nointegritychecks ON" command and reboot. But not successful as well.

thanks for your help.

Hello Franck,

Did you manually try to bind the driver? Please also let me know if you are using our DVK or your own hardware setup?

Best Regards,

Sananya

Hi Sananya,

Could you detail what you meant by "manually bind the driver" ? We are using own hardware setup. The Generic Hub was working fine until I deleted it from my system to install the manufacturing one so Blaster can work, so the hardware is OK.

Thanks !

Hi Franck,

By manually binding, I mean choosing the proper driver manually from the path. Please refer to the screenshots attached.

Please let me know if you still get the same error.
