PSOC6 Download issue?

    When i use the psoc6 DEMO , it can't download the hex file ,it shows below error, just LED2 and LED4 ON, other is OFF; what's wrong with it ,thanks;

Try holding the Reset button down for 10 sec.

In addition, double-check hardware connection on the board.

Looks like the device is in Hibernate mode, did you try pressing SW2 or Reset? Did you try to acquire the device from the PSoC Creator? If it was not able to acquire, then what error did it throw?
