Where can I get an errata for Cy7c63813?

Hi,

I made an Trackball using Cy7c63813 Chip.

But, It has an problem.

After a lot of times on/off, it doesn't work.

It looks like user area in flash memory is erased.

Hi,

There is no silicon errata for CY7C63813.

- Are you operating CPU @ 24MHz, and VDD falls below 4.75V?

- Have you removed the HALT instruction inside the LVD interrupt handler?
