I referred to AN217979(Figure 6; page 4).
This plotted line assume 10k (or 100k) Program/Erase cycles.
What is the characteristic when it is programming only once?
The required specification is to keep data of 10 years at 70 degree Celsius. It is only programming once at shipment.
According to this graph and calculation by Arrhenius equation, the data retention at 70 degree Celsius is about 3.1 years.
It does not meet required specifications.

Hello,
The figure you refer actually shows assumptions for 1, 2, 10, and/or 20 years after Program/Erase cycling 10k or 100k cycles at 55 degree Celsius. If the customer only program the flash once at 70C, it should meet datasheet specification which is 20 years data retention.
Thanks,
Nada

Nada-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Your information was very helpful.
Is there an Arrhenius plot when programming flash once?

Sorry but we do not have the Arrhenius plot when programming only once.
Thanks,
