Cypress update manager is unable to update Psoc programmer, I get error "installer is unable to download licenses..." (error:002). I'm in Uruguay so I suspect there's a restriction due to my location. Is there a workaround?

There seems to be some network error, not only in your location. You can download the latest PSoC Programmer 3.27.3 software manually and install. It will work.

A manual install using that link worked fine, thanks.
