About the 124 BGA package.
Table 1. 124-BGA and 80-WLCSP Pin Description in Datasheet (002-18449 Rev. * E) does not have P4.1, P42 assignment.
Where can I allocate it?

The datasheet needs enhancement. The pair of pins may be of full function, but not accessible from external for this package. I will raise a ticket internally for this issue.

Please look at Figure 4 -- "124-BGA 9.0 × 9.0 ×1.0 mm" in the same datasheet, and then compare it with the diagram shown in PSoC Creator "Pins" cydwr view for 124-BGA of PSoC 62 device. They are identical, and p4.2 and p4.3 not show.
The pins p4.2 and p4.3 are not exposed in the 124-BGA package.

Thank you for reply!
There are P4.2 and P4.3 in "Table 2. Multiple Alternate Functions" of Datasheet (002-18449 Rev. * E), is it a mistake?

Please check internal.
I am waiting for a reply.
By the way, if P4.2 and P4.3 can not be used, will the number of MAX GPIOs 102?
It is MAX GPIOs 104 in the data sheet.
