Which hyperbus memories are recommended for NXP's i.Mx RT platform.
Are Cypress' HyperFlash/HyperRAM MCP devices compatible with NXP's i.Mx RT series?
Application notes and user experience would be appreciated.

Hello Greg,
Yes all of our HyperBus device both the Gen1 (166MHz) and Gen2 (200MHz) device are supported. All of our current MCP device are Gen1.
Additionally here is the link on NXP support of HyperBus for i.MXRT (see interface supported in the block diagram)
Note that i.MXRT uses 1.8V HyperFlash.
HyperRAM is not used (not needed) on current i.MXRT generation.
