Hello.

I have Denebola board with standart firmware.

I check its operation for various equipment configurations and wasps.

There is a configuration:

PC - mainboard Asus P5P43TDUSB3

OS - Windows10 PRO

The board works as a video camera in case of connection to the USB2 port and does not work in case of connection to the USB3.

Log is (as image)

And logging was very slow...

It's very interesting...

I'm a free beta tester

Hi Vladimir,

We're interested in the new question from you as we have not faced the same problem.

Could you please capture the USB trace(the log of all USB packages )?

From the log files which you have uploaded, we could find that the device(CX3) received some SETUP command(bRType = 0x81 UVC get request for and bRType = 0xA1 for UVC Interface GET request type). We don't know what happened after CX3 received these commands.

In addtion, I suppose you are using the default firmware embeeded in Denebola board. Could you please try with the exmaple project in EZ-USB SDK?

Yes.

Now I'm working on a my computer with a new good board(gigabyte + intel i7 + 16gb ram).

All good.

there are two os in tmy PC:

WIN7 and WIN10.

There are USB ports and USB3 and USB2.

Works on all configurations.

I'm testing the boards now and found the phenomenon described above.

In no way do I want to say anything about the Denebola board or the software.

I'm just testing the board, because maybe it will be used on different computers (we connected Denebola to a homemade microscope).

And we need to study all the nuances of its work when working with different equipment.

Yes, I also have a dev board CYUSB3KIT-003.

I now loaded the example USBBulkSourceSinkLED and watched it.

On my main computer (intel i7 win7 64 or win 10 pro and gigabyte GA-B250M-DS3H board) ) everything works without problems

Than I tried this devkit on other computer with win10

Through port usb2 all works.

Through port usb3 there are features.

The debug output says that the connection is present, it is defined as usb3.

The LED starts flashing.

But in the usbtreeview program it is visible that the device is in a state of permanent "enumerating".

Then after a while (about 1 minute), I see that the LED starts to light constantly.

And in the usbtreeview program, I see that the device is logically connected to the host usb2.

Images and output I will be sent later.
