implementing ACA Dock feature

hello,

we are invent India innovation pvt. ltd. R&D based product design company.

currently we are making charging adapter cum power bank with SD card interface. so our application is to access the data from sd card and the same time charging the phone also.

after lot of research on internet we found ACA dock feature on CY4613 IC.

so please give me more detail about that.. and is this IC and protocol is suitable for us?

please give me cost for CY4613 Devlopment board....

Hi,

The CY4613 is actually an evaluation board for our hub chip CYUSB3328.

CYUSB3328 and CYUSB3324 chips support the feature that you want and you can use those in your application.

You might need the CY4613  board for your evaluation purpose. The cost of this board is $124.99.

Hello,

CYUSB3328 and CYUSB3324 ICs are pre-programmed ROM based Firmware and configuration settings at factory.

HX3 Supports Enhanced Battery Charging as each DS port complies with the USB Battery Charging v1.2 (BC v1.2) specification.

If the device containing li-ion battery compliant to BC v1.2, the battery will be charged.

For your information, Battery Charging protocol will take place on D+/- differential pair.
