Regarding the SRAM(16M)CY7C10620V33 on the CYUSB3KIT-003 board.
Please tell me the purpose of use.

If they will design their board, is it necessary to put on their design?

Hi,

The SRAM is optional. SRAM can be used for booting purpose or to communicate with GPIF and store data. But it is not necessary. For booting the customer can use SPI flash or i2c eeprom or from FPGA.
